Electronic Indicating Instruments

BanksiaControls has a range of rate totalisers, batch controllers and flow computers offering a range of functions to suit many industrial applications. They are suitable for use with our full range of flowmeters.

Our F series range is equipped with robust GRP, Aluminium, or 316SS, IP67, wall and panel mount enclosures, suitable for non hazardous applications, as well as an Intrinsically Safe option for use in Hazardous Areas.

Our E series range is suited for Exd rated hazardous area applications and housed in either robust Aluminium or 316SS enclosures.

The F and E series instruments can be used stand alone, or integrally mounted to our flowmeter range.

Rate Totalisers

Our Rate Totalisers are equipped with LCD displays, 7 digit and 11 digit indication of flow rate, total and accumulated total, with an extensive range of engineering units selectable when programming the unit. Available for industrial, hazardous and non hazardous environments, Intrinsically Safe or Exd designs.

Flow Computers

We have a range of Flow computers with varying functions to suit a range of specific applications.

F114 – Ratio Monitor/Totaliser
With High/ Low Alarm and analog output is used to monitor the ratio mix of two product flow streams

F120 – Flow Rate Controller
With Analog control output and high/low alarms is used to control flow rate to a setpoint.

F124 – Ratio Controller
With analog control output and high/low alarms is used to control the ratio of two flows.

F127 – Fuel Consumption Flow Computer
With temperature compensation for corrected liquid volume and pulse signal outputs is used to calculate the corrected differential liquid volume at normal conditions for generic products.
    
F133 – Delivery Controller
With pump start and valve control is used for the controlled delivery of products with an undefined quantity
